National Budget Circular No. 542 - Issued by the Department of Budget and Management on August 29, 2012, requires all government agencies to maintain a Transparency Seal on their official websites.
Republic Act No. 10155 - General Appropriations Act FY 2012, Section 93 mandates the posting of the Transparency Seal containing information on the agency's mandates, functions, officials, annual reports, and budgets.
DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2010-083 - Full Disclosure Policy requiring local governments to fully disclose financial documents and budget information.
Freedom of Information (FOI)
